I would like to share my experience that I had with Elaine Gibbons.  In 2001 we used Elaine to purchase our first home.  In 2009 we decided after a third child that our little cape was too small and we needed a larger home.  After interviewing other real estate people, we knew the person who knew us and our needs the best was Elaine.  Now came the tricky part, buying and selling a home at the same time.  We immediately had three buyers within a week within a week of the sale of our first home.  The problem was finding a 4 bedroom (with all 4 on the same level) close to our old home in order to allow our children to go to the same elementary school.  Not an easy task in our town.  We did find a house that fit the criteria but there was another couple who wanted the house.  Eventually, it became a bidding war.  I must have spoken to Elaine at least once a day if not three times on some days (for 2-3 weeks).  She always returned calls promptly.
Elaine also had to intervene and convince our attorney to push forward with the purchase of our second home.  Elaine always remained positive and was clearly in our corner.  The  process was not an easy one but Elaine made what could have been extremely painful process much less painful.  I would highly encourage anyone to use Elaine Gibbons in the purchase of their new home.  She has tons of experience, is extremely up to dtae with the market and knows the area better than anyone.
